Opening Dates Announced for Play Ball Exhibitions
No matter where you live or choose to enjoy spring training games in the Valley this March, there is a Play Ball exhibition near you. And here are the opening dates for each of this year’s shows around the Cactus League:
Feb. 25 – Mar. 30: Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Civic Plaza, Scottsdale. Admission is free during Center hours, Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 pm. and Sunday, Noon to 5 p.m. and through intermission during evening performances.
March 3 – Ongoing: Downtown Mesa, 51 E. Main Street, Mesa. Admission special through March only $2.50 per person. Open Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
March 3 – April 2: Goodyear Ballpark, Goodyear. Admission free with a ticket to a Reds or Indians spring training game in March.
Open: Arizona Historical Society, 1300 N. College Ave., Tempe. Admission for adults is $5, Seniors age 60+ and children ages 12-18 just $4, and children ages 11 and under are free. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday Noon to 4 p.m.
